Mr. Das is the Portfolio Manager for Eleuthera Properties LTD, the holding company of Jack’s Bay Resort Development LTD, and Strategy Advisor to the Chairman. Prior to Jack’s Bay, Mr. Das was a Principal and Head of Capital Markets for Alaia Hotels and related entities. The Alaia Marriott Autograph opened in May of 2021 and was fully sold out by December of 2021. Mr. Das has strong relationships at both the local and institutional levels in the Capital Markets with over 14 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Banking and Private Equity.

Prior to joining, Mr. Das was a Managing Director of the Capital Group in the Miami office of Newmark Knight Frank, (Nasdaq: NMRK) originally owned through a partnership between BGC Partners and Cantor Fitzgerald. He specialized in distressed assets and recapitalizations in the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean. His client roster included a blue-chip list of the marquis assets in the Caribbean and South Florida.

Mr. Das is a Shareholder and Member of the Advisory Board of Bolder Industries in Colorado. The firm is focused on providing and promoting sustainable energy solutions. The firm announced an $80 million equity financing injection in 2021. The funding was procured by Mr. Das from the CIM Group. Mr. Das also sits on the Advisory Board of the HVS Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit (CHICOS). Mr. Das received a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami and also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Miami with a focus in International Finance.
