Doug Maslo is a well-known respected international golf course builder and resort developer. He and his staff have been working in the golf industry for more than 25 years. As President and CEO of RG Development, Maslo has worked with the biggest names in the sport, including Jack Nicklaus, Mark McCumber, Fazio Golf Design, Gary Player and Tiger Woods Design. Collectively, he and his staff have developed more than 30 championship golf courses around the world.

Aside from building golf courses, Maslo and RG have also facilitated the infrastructure build out of large-scale development projects, to include constructing/installing all utilities, mass grading, water and sewer treatment facilities, utility grade solar field installation, road construction and desalinization facilities. Mr. Maslo has built, co-owned and operated three golf course facilities in the U.S.: Hunter’s Oak (Maryland), Knob Hill Club (New Jersey) and Lady’s Island Country Club (South Carolina) and Sanctuary Golf Club(South Carolina).
